The President runs the general meetings and Board meetings. They help keep everyone—Officers and committees—on the same page, and take care of whatever else needs to get done to keep the PTO moving forward.

The VP of Communications helps spread the word about PTO events and the programs we support. They make sure all our communication is clear, accurate, and goes out on time. They also are responsible for the PTO newsletter, PTO social media and website to keep families in the loop.

The Secretary takes notes during all Board meetings and shares those minutes afterward. They also bring a copy of the Bylaws, the last meeting’s minutes, and a list of all the committees and what they do to each meeting—just in case anyone needs a quick reference.

The Vice President steps in to run meetings if the President isn’t available. They also support the President and help out wherever needed to make sure the PTO runs smoothly.

The VP of Fundraising oversees all the PTO’s fundraising efforts and helps make sure everything runs smoothly. They’re the main point of contact for any fundraising companies we work with and are part of all fundraising committees.

The Volunteer Coordinator helps round up volunteers for PTO events and activities, making sure we have the support we need to make everything happen. They work closely with the Event Coordinator and other board members to match volunteers with the right jobs and help everyone feel welcome and appreciated.

The Treasurer handles all the money for the PTO—collecting it, paying bills, and making sure everything lines up with the budget or what the Board approves. They keep clear records of all the income and spending, and share a financial update at each Board meeting. The Treasurer also takes care of any required filings with the IRS or other government agencies.

The ESL Outreach Coordinator helps share info about PTO events and the programs we support with Raleigh Hills' ESL community. They also work to get more families involved by encouraging participation and helping everyone feel welcome and included.

​The Event Coordinator teams up with the Volunteer Coordinator, Communications, and Fundraising members to help plan and organize PTO events. They help make sure everything comes together smoothly and that events are fun and successful.
